I strive to deliver high-quality work and ensure every project meets your expectations.
However, since my services are digital and customized to each client’s needs, please read the refund policy carefully.
1. Service-Based Projects
All services provided (such as Website Creation, SEO, Social Media Marketing, Canva Templates, and E-commerce Management) are custom and non-refundable once the project has started.
However, if you are not satisfied with the initial concept or progress, I’m happy to make reasonable revisions as per the agreed terms before final delivery.
2. Digital Products (Templates, Files, or Resources)
All digital downloads — such as Canva Templates or marketing resources — are non-returnable and non-refundable once delivered, as they are instantly accessible upon purchase.
If you experience any technical issue accessing your files, please contact me at hello@anjalimarketer.in, and I’ll ensure you receive your purchase correctly.
3. Project Cancellation
If a project is canceled before any work has started, a partial refund (up to 50%) may be provided at my discretion, depending on the time and resources reserved for your project.
After the project begins or initial work is shared, refunds will not be available.
4. Revisions and Client Satisfaction
Your satisfaction is very important to me. I offer limited free revisions as per the project scope to ensure the final outcome aligns with your vision.
Additional revisions or major changes beyond the initial agreement may incur extra charges.
